Nick Bountouvas

Nick is an Associate at PEAK Technology Partners where he focuses on the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for high-growth technology companies.

Prior to joining PEAK, Nick worked in controls advisory and SOX compliance for First Republic Bank. He began his career at Deloitte where he worked as a Senior Consultant in the Risk and Financial Advisory practice.

Nick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration - Financial Management and a Minor in Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.

In his free time, Nick enjoys classic truck restoration and watching Oakland A’s baseball.
