Matt McAleer

Matt is an Associate at Peak Technology Partners where he focuses on the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for high-growth technology companies.

Prior to PEAK, Matt worked in investment banking at Stephens and Barclays. Previously, Matt worked in the M&A financial due diligence group at EY and began his career in the audit group at PwC. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Matt holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys golfing and spending time at the beach.
