Dylan Allman

Dylan is an Analyst at Peak Technology Partners, where he focuses on executing mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises for technology companies.

Prior to joining PEAK, Dylan worked at Alpine Bank as a Credit Analyst, where he focused on commercial credit underwriting and financial analysis for the loan committee. He previously interned at Marigny Investments, a lower-middle-market private equity firm, where he supported valuation, deal screening, and market research for prospective investments.

Dylan earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics and an M.S. in Applied Quantitative Finance from the University of Denver. While there, he competed in IFSA collegiate freeride skiing.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys skiing, golfing, scuba diving, and spending time in the mountains.
