David Kirby

David is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Peak Technology Partners. David has more than fifteen years of investment banking experience focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising projects for technology entrepreneurs. David has executed over $5 billion of transactions over his career.

Prior to PEAK, David worked as a Director at Arbor Advisors where he focused on technology M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to that, David worked at Goldman Sachs in New York City as an Associate where he executed a variety of transactions during his four years at the firm.

David also has strong operator experience as an early employee and the Chief Sales Officer for Kinduct, a SaaS company focused on health and human performance, where he led sales and business development.

David holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a B.S. in Biology from King’s College.
