Andrew Stivers

Andrew is a Managing Director at Peak Technology Partners, where he advises enterprise technology companies on strategic transactions.

With over 15 years of experience advising technology companies, Andrew has executed over $12 billion in transaction value across more than 50 transactions. Representative engagements include advisory assignments for Atlassian, Cvent (Vista Equity), Marketo (Vista Equity), Sailpoint (Thoma Bravo), Optiv (KKR), Accuvant (Blackstone), Spansion, and inContact.

Prior to joining Peak Technology Partners, Andrew was a senior member of the technology investment banking groups at Jefferies and D.A. Davidson. He also served as a Senior Director at Lighter Capital, focusing on investments in early-stage technology companies, and was an early employee at SecondMarket, a fintech platform later acquired by NASDAQ.

Andrew has been recognized by The M&A Advisor as an emerging leader in technology investment banking. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, he holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Miami University (OH).
