LogMeIn Inc provides cloud-based collaboration and connectivity products and services in three business categories: communications and collaboration; customer engagement and support; and identity and access. Solutions include online meeting and screen sharing, secure remote access, outsourcing customer service, and password security capabilities. The company derives revenue from subscription fees to its cloud offerings and professional services fees. It generates most of its revenue in the United States, but also has a presence in the United Kingdom and other countries. The company seeks to strengthen and expand its core business through acquisitions. LogMeIn was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
