The company is engaged in operating a SaaS-based enterprise platform, enabling clients in the energy, commodities, corporate, and financial services industries to transform trading, treasury, and risk management departments into an extensible and transparent platform for unprecedented agility and innovation.

Hellman & Friedman is a private equity firm based in San Francisco, California. The firm seeks to invest in the business and information services, energy and industrials, financial services, healthcare, insurance and insurance services, internet and media, retail, consumer, and software sectors.
