Buyer Details

Mavenir Systems—now Mitel Networks—provided software-based networking services that enabled mobile service providers to deliver next generation services over 4G LTE networks. They had a fully virtual, end-to-end portfolio of voice and video, messaging, and mobile core products that included IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), Evolved Packet Core (EPC), and Session Border Controller (SBC). Mavenir sought to expand its business operations through mergers and acquisitions. Mavenir (NYSE: MVNR) was acquired by Mitel Networks on April 29, 2015.
