Peak Technology Partners Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Mobohubb on Its Acquisition by Guardhouse
DENVER, CO – August 24, 2026 – Peak Technology Partners (“PEAK”), a leading investment bank focused on technology and software companies, is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Mobohubb, a provider of mobile workforce management software, on its acquisition by Guardhouse, a workforce management platform purpose-built for the physical security industry. Guardhouse is backed by Sundance Growth, a growth equity firm focused on mission-critical B2B software companies.
The transaction builds on PEAK’s prior advisory services. In April 2026, PEAK served as exclusive financial advisor to Guardhouse on its strategic investment from Sundance Growth. That successful transaction gave PEAK a strong understanding of Guardhouse’s platform and growth strategy, positioning the firm to identify Mobohubb as a compelling acquisition candidate.
